Board Legal Advisor
Position Description
The governance and operations boards are seeking an attorney with experience in association management/governance issues, specifically Conflict of Interest, Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust concerns.
Their role would be to review documents the Board has prepared before they are rolled out for Board members to sign and adhere to.
This position will report to / work-with the Chair and Vice-Chair.
Requested Qualifications
(See description). Expected to be less than 4 hours per week.
