This presentation is on how simple, easy-to-replicate techniques such as cascading and sequential kaizens can be used to effect an enterprise transformation; whether the enterprise is an IT division of a private company, Army Headquarters or a network of Forward Operating Bases in Afghanistan.

About the Speaker

Timothy Clancy

Mr. Timothy Clancy is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and specialist in complex systems analysis and complexity theory. Over the last 18 years he has applied CPI methods in Information Technology, Financial, Healthcare and Military industries.

Mr. Clancy currently supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense conducting performance improvement projects in Afghanistan and the United States. In this role he is focused on supporting the effort to protect US Soldiers from roadside bombs with a next-generation of military vehicles.

About the Skyline Luncheons

Join us for free monthly luncheons on Project Management science and applications, held at the Skyline Office complex in Falls Church, Virginia

All Skyline luncheons are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. They begin at 12:00pm with a 10 minute unstructured networking session. At 12:10pm, after a short introduction and after we’ve dealt with some administrative matters, the presentation begins. The presentation ends at 1pm which allows for 30 minutes of additional unstructured networking if attendees desire to stay after the presentation.
