Anytime you are managing other people or processes that required people, there will be a mistake, a delay, a misunderstanding. All of which throws one off the planned course of action.
The result? Stress.
Add to this the mounting responsibilities and 24 hour access, and stress becomes a very tangible problem in our workplace, costing thousands of dollars a day.
In this presentation you will learn
• How stress affects your performance
• How to manage stress (if you choose to) so that you enjoy more days
• How to reduce stress in others
Discover the 3 biggest contributors to stress…the 3Ps of stress.
Participants will enjoy this interactive 60 minute presentation which can get you started on the path of less stress, more resilience and more enjoyment. Since no single solution is suitable for all, you will hear of multiple techniques that you can use without adding more to your “to do” list.
The event will be held at Noblis – directions to the meeting can be found here - http://www.noblis.org/DirectionsToFairviewPark.htm
